In this lively discussion, Manson Northwest Webster's Teacher Librarian Christine Sturgeon and her student, rising sophomore Jacob Siepker, discuss the way she and others in her district have put students like Jacob in charge of their own learning with Genius Hour, Virtual Reality, and Independent Study. Sturgeon will also talk about the Student Voice movement and what it means for the future of education in Iowa.
